Introduction
SUNIX FTL-1218Hx is the cost-effective solution for conversion between 10/100Base-T(X) and 100Base-FX. It is excellent for keeping your industrial automation applications running continuously and specially designed for reliable and stable operation in harsh industrial environments. Using the fiber optic media for Ethernet application not only does it extend network for a great distance but also provide immunity to electrical and magnetic interference. This converter supports Link Fault Pass-through feature for users easily tracing network link failures, and make it easier to maintain.

The FTL-1218Hx has many user friendly features such as the wall and din-rail mounting kit, easy wiring terminal block, and low power consumption, for users to easily implement FTL-1218Hx into their applications or projects. It is the best solution for application in critical factory and industrial environment with its industrialized and user friendly design. The built-in Link Fault Pass-Through feature is able to disconnect the connection when any side of the connection fails, allowing the administrator to react promptly to system failures. The Auto MDI/MDI-X feature allows users to connect converter’s 10/100Base-TX port to any kind of Ethernet device using either the patch or cross-over Ethernet cable for connection.
