EasyImage includes gray level and color image processing functions for tasks such as enhancement and restoration by linear or non-linear filtering, geometric transformations for registration, histogram analysis for thresholding. These operations are usually performed as pre-processing steps to improve the image quality and obtain a good contrast between the background and the objects of interest.

EasyImage 16-bit accuracy processing

eVision is able to process directly images in a 16-bit format.
This feature allows to benefit from the accuracy of the images coming from 10 or 12 bits cameras and to compute intermediate results with appropriate precision.
